Pros

Co-workers and the general population are the best and bring many talents to the vision.

Cons

Agree to some of the latest negative posts! Most current employees are seeking opportunities elsewhere and are are only staying on out of survival! Some have left even with a reduction in pay or have taken a contract role just to get out. Co-workers are bright and talented, it is the deception of management along with the lack of software knowledge they have Kiewit "key" leaders making. Key decisions are being made that simply do not emulate forward software thinking!

This is not Hard Dollar anymore - It is KIEWIT!!!

Pros

It used to be a nice place to work when it was Hard Dollar. A small-mid sized company with great people to work with. But it is all gone.

Cons

A software company which is now owned and run by a Construction Company!!! Can you even imagine that?! Lots of great talents used to work in that office. But now, look at those empty spots!!! They either got laid off in half a day or decided to stop wasting their life in that office. One good indicator for not even applying is their poor retention and high turnover. Lots of nice promises which never came true. Yes, now they have a fancy office in Scottsdale. But it is not what you need. Try your luck somewhere else. Don't get fooled by their nice words. This company will never succeed. So many managers in a small office.

A Company with Big Dreams, Lousy Execution

Pros

Great location in Central Scottsdale, close to Greenbelt, 101.

Cons

Senior Leadership has zero (yes, literally zero) experience in running a software company, leadership has created a perception of elitism and dictates a top-down approach to management rather than cross-collaboration, decisions are hastily made without thought of downstream implications.
