Pros
You will learn a lot of information about a service and how companies in the construction industry need solutions for their operations. Making friends with your co-workers is hit and miss.
Cons
You always want to be careful of your conversations with some co-workers. Seems someone is always listening and they might be checking your type conversations (joked about, but I tested it and it was true). Talk about backstabbing. Talk about lack of communication from peers and management. Talk about lack of transparency. Do this do that and then change it because no one wants to step up and say this is the policy. Been going on for months. Acts more like a startup even, but is really 27 years old. Don't come up with any ideas if you want them to be used in your teams. Pay: Typical promise the moon, promise the promotion and movement within. Nope, not going to happen. Numpty, numpty, numpty. There are so many other jobs out there that pay more, allow you to become a better person and learn more about the SAAS industry. I have found talking to other companies that they know about this company and are wondering what is going on that so many people are looking for new jobs. That says something.
