Cons

Sometimes the workload is heavy and sense of responsibility too large to fully take advantage of the flexibility the company affords us.

Very positive career experience.

Pros

Work life balance, Schedule product team, consistent workload, dependable funding, and an upper management that will listen to ideas. All of these have lead to a very positive experience with my time at InEight. I would consider my move to InEigth a little over 4 years ago the best decision I have made in my professional life.

Cons

Innovations can be put on the back burner for "safer" features with regards to development, which can be disappointing. Upper management, at times, can struggle to delegate business planning and budgeting of teams to those running the teams. This point is not unique to InEight what so ever, and is very much off set by the pros.
