My career at InEight is a positive one. InEight has continued to grow across the globe as a leader in project management solutions and it's because there is a commitment to innovation, vision, integrity and their employees, Moreover, InEight cultivates a supportive environment to learn, develop, and be successful. The work-life balance at InEight is terrific, encouraging the importance of quality time with family and a focus on health and wellness, InEight also places a strong emphasis on giving back to our communities and there are plenty of opportunities to join others and volunteer at local events throughout the year. Overall, I feel that InEight values their employees, offers great solutions, and has strong leadership,

Cons

Working remote has its benefits, but team interaction is limited. Communication between departments can be improved. Pay is decent, but recent adjustments to bonus structure is not good.

Great Place for Growth and Learning

Pros

Over the past 5 years, I've grown significantly in my role as a DevOps Database Administrator. My managers have been excellent mentors, guiding me through various challenges. Working at InEight has enabled me to transition my career from an Operational Database Administrator to a DevOps Database Administrator, now working entirely in the Azure Cloud. Benefits are great and they give yearly raises based on performance.

Cons

Working in the Cloud can be very challenging at times. However, on the upside, it has significantly expanded my level of patience.

Pros

Company always follows the standards and always look after their employees. To get the high quality work done, they provide high quality resources. Focus a lot on employees' happiness and wellbeing. Keep employees updated with company news and reports daily. Always ready to listen to employees' suggestions and also conduct yearly surveys to get anonymous feedback from employees. Company does a yearly salary comparison with SLASSCOM to make sure they have the up to date competitive salary scheme. Employees are allowed to fully work from home.

Cons

I don't have any noticeable cons to mention. That is why still I work with them even after 15 years.
