InVision is a company continuing to become a relic of a past startup era. It's run by someone who values loyalty over dissenting points of view which makes for a horrible culture. If you're entering InVision now, know that it's not a place where you want to naively waste away. It's a place where you should take the chance to work on cool projects but with a plan to move on.
