Pros

Amazing team of talented professionals. This company is always doing something new and exciting. I feel proud to work for such an innovative company. Working remotely gives us freedom to keep things fresh and enjoyable.

Cons

The downside is that since we are a remote team, we don't get to meet face to face with the people we work with, although we are in constant contact and speak daily.

Pros

- Smartest team I've ever worked with - 100% distributed. Since there's not a central office, you don't feel like an outsider working from home / remote. - Flexible hours - Flexible vacation time - Very approachable executive team - Awesome perks (unlimited books, starbucks, gym membership, etc.) - Great product. Very big buzz in the design industry. Constantly innovating. - Huge growth (and still growing) - Great team culture

Cons

- Sometimes miss in-person interactions. Although as the team is growing, there is more of us working in local areas to each other. - Easy to get caught up in the excitement and work long hours

Pros

> Great people - everyone is friendly, bright and willing to help out. There's a true team mentality and open door policy. > Exciting space - InVision is leading the prototyping, collaboration and workflow industry. It's growing quickly so being on the cutting edge is fun and exciting! > Treated like a person - I've worked at churn and burn companies. InVision isn't like that. We're all treated as valued members of the team. We work from home and have all the standard benefits plus some additional cool perks, like unlimited vacation and Starbucks. > Challenged to learn and grow - we're in an evolving industry, which means we need to stay on top of current trends. I get the chance to learn new tools and follow the design community. And that's part of my job - How cool!!

Cons

So far, I don't have any cons. Some people might be struggle with the remote workforce. If you haven't worked from home before, it's definitely something to get used to. (I find it much more productive and easier to create work/life balance.)
