Having worked the at the company for a number of years during the growth period, I can say it was a great time. I met such wonderful people who went on to work in companies all over the world. I was eventually laid off, but they tried to make the transition easy. The benefits I gains during those years made for a soft ride in the year after being let go. I am glad to have worked there for such a long time.

Cons

Slow moving to keep up with competitions. No one person was to blame for that.
