Pros

None anymore since they’re going out of business.

Cons

The writing has been on the wall for a while. Check out reviews from years ago. From Studio to ignoring feedback to more messy roll outs to…Figma. Knew they were tapping out when they sold Freehand to Miro. InVision was a pioneer that fell so far from grace they couldn’t catch up no matter the pivot. A design company disrupted by design itself.

Pros

Talented engineers, good managers, good benefits and culture.

Cons

A myriad of leadership mistakes prevented them from staying ahead of Figma. The plans would change every monthly staff meeting. Mega attrition and layoffs since 2020
