      Overworked for little pay

      Pros

      The co workers I work with directly on a day to day are wonderful! Remote work is a plus!

      Cons

      Overworked, many times you will work overtime. You do not get the recognition for performing well or for going above and beyond. You will do the job of two people and be underpaid. They do not allocate resources when you desperately need them. They are trying to grow at such a fast pace they do not realize the stress they put on people. Our Csuite and vps are so aloof to what goes on in the company. Such a disconnect. They laid off good quality workers while others who are half assing get to stay.

      Pros

      I have watched this company grow during good times. I think they are handling down times well. I like that we are focused on tech to produce top quartile outcomes at lower quartile costs. And the team has gotten better as we have upped expectations. The mission of the company is awesome and the talent around the company is better than other places I have worked.

      Cons

      We sometimes lean into entitled behavior and try to please too many people. Our team has delivered the most when we have had clear focus and objectives.

      The paychecks did not bounce.

      Cons

      Just laid-off 6% of staff. For the unlucky that are still there, they removed 401k matching. Almost all of the legacy Doctor on Demand and legacy IncludedHelath employees were cut today. All that remains is a skeleton crew of Grand Rounds employees. Also closing two offices and reducing the size of the remaining ones. The entire QA team was cut. The entire Health Plan Go To Market Team (Sales and Sales Support) was cut. They have a 'house of cards' product built on quick sand in an earthquake zone.
