Pros

Grand Rounds is the most amazing place I've ever worked. Our leadership is brilliant, inspiring, and compassionate, our mission is critical and meaningful, and our products are beautiful. We know how to have fun, we know how to take things seriously, and we know how to win. We are trying to change the world, and it's working!

Cons

I can't think of any.

Thanks for the feedback! Good to hear our team, focus and bias toward openness are providing the challenge and culture you seek. I hope you are seeing progress from our career pathing work these past few months. I welcome any specific thoughts you have here. Same goes for busting through interdepartmental communication barriers. A top priority always.

Pros

Never a dull day. Company is committed to finding, developing, and keeping great people as long-term employees. I love coming to work every day because I know my work directly focuses on fixing a big problem (healthcare inequalities) and I love my colleagues.

Cons

Fast paced; weeks and quarters fly by here. I have quick-moving and talented colleagues, which means everyone needs to bring their "A game" every day. Not a place for people looking for a "check in and check out" type of job.
