Thanks so much for your review. This is disappointing to hear and is never the experience we want for anyone on the team. We'll escalate this to leadership and recommend also reaching out to your Manager or Talent Partner for additional support. They're always available to help.

Pros

Great pay & benefits. A lot of amazing professionals to work with. Flexible work / life balance. Generous PTO. Challenging problems to solve, lots of good work to do.

Cons

Trust issues with management. Intrateam conflict and competition. Culture issues brought from companies well known for bad company culture. Lack of team direction. More interest in hiring talent than retaining and developing talent. Siloing for ICs that prevents growth, and doesn't create a trustworthy & successful team environment.

Coordinator Management

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

The pay increases each year if you do well. If you get high member surveys and are perfect in all chat or call aspects, then you might get bumped up a level. Lots of paid time off. Used to be a healthier work environment. Currently not so much for Coordinators.

Cons

* New Supervisors for the newer coordinator teams are not great. The Nav leads and supervisors were amazing. The All-Included-Care management? Pray you get placed into a good team. Teams constantly change. Do not expect to stay in the same team for even 1 year. I see people moved constantly. Others get to stay in the same team for years and I wonder why. * You can feel like a pawn depending on which Supervisor you are put under. Some care about you and see you working hard and improving, while others will put you on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) as soon as they have a chance. I've seen many coworkers who do well with and advocate for members terminated, or who had to quit due to the stress this past year * you have to get approval to do any outbound calls. This started this year. If you need to call a provider, the carrier, or research for a member, you need permission to make that outbound call. You also better hope that you can research and provide only accurate information fast in between calls. * the culture is good outside of this. * Lots of the care team or coordinators help each other, but many do not trust the newer Supervisors in the newer teams. Things are horribly divided. The changes in the past two years are not all great for everyone. * If you are employed with one of the customers (your own employer) that are part of our All-Included-Care package and are looking at careers here, please know that the front coordinator teams are trying their best to accurately assist you even with the internal management issues. Those positive member satisfaction scores can allow someone to keep their job.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights. The cons you outlined sound super frustrating and aren't the experience we want anyone to have. We'll share this with Care Team leadership, as they're always open to feedback.
