Thank you for the feedback. We’re glad you’re passionate about our collective mission and are happy with the company’s benefits and culture. We appreciate the feedback on the communication challenges and management and want you to know that these are areas where we are always looking for ways to improve and evolve as the needs of our employee population change as well. Pros

We help people find top quality doctors and find the right care they need.

Cons

We don’t do this for our own employees. We are too busy to take care of ourselves. We are so busy it takes a toll on our own health. We are not who we really are indoors that we are outdoors. We are a sweatshop indoors walking a brand, although a very good meaningful brand with a useful purpose. And now we have a cheap health insurance to prove it.

First, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Your feedback is important to us and we want to address your concerns. Grand Rounds helps millions of people get the best care and we want our employees to be primary beneficiaries of our products and services. Our changes to our 2020 healthcare plans are designed to support our employees and their beneficiaries to benefit fully from our products, free of charge. Please reach out to me via email if you have specific areas of benefits concern; I'd love to hear what it is and to share that feedback with our employee experience team. Burnout in our working world today is real and we take this seriously. While we’re growing fast, we’re continuing to take steps to support this growth in more scalable and sustainable ways by adding new skills and resources to the team and improving our tools and processes. Our paid vacation, volunteering time off, our Blueboard experience awards and team offsites also aim to help our team members rest, reset and refocus their energy. Again, please share other ideas you have with me and I'll see what's possible. We appreciate all that you do here and we hope this response has helped. --Danielle Snow, SVP Patient Care

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We're glad to hear you’re enjoying working with the team and are motivated about putting patients first. We appreciate you bringing up training opportunities. Great news: we’re currently working on providing even more robust training programs and materials to develop both leadership as well as functional skills and hope you see those new resources as great opportunities for learning and growth. Also, all employees have unlimited access to take Udemy courses that align with your interests so feel free to hop on that opportunity now as other resources are in development. --Danielle Snow, SVP Patient Care
