Grand Rounds is doing meaningful work to make healthcare better. There is a big focus on hiring the right people and it makes a difference. Executive staff is transparent and responsive to company feedback.

Cons

Grand Rounds is growing fast, and with that comes frequent changes. Be prepared to get comfortable with lots of moving pieces as the company continues to scale quickly.

It’s a great place to be if your looking to grow and have a lot of opportunities. The culture is outstanding and the leadership overall is very strong.

It is still a growing company so there are definitely growing pains as the company is continuously evolving so you need to be cool with change

The mission, the values, the people makes Grand Rounds an incredible place to work. We are on a rocket ship to change healthcare and the results are tangible. So exciting to be a part of such a change agent.

Cons
