      Good parking lot for software engineer

      * WLB is OK * WFH 1 day a week (only if you perform) * OKish code quality

      Cons

      * Politics * Engineering managers care only about themselves * No annual salary raise or bonus * No lunch, snacks are "healthy", no Coke * HR didn't care about reported issues

      Burn out. Unrealistic expectations..terrible leadership

      Remote work and overall coworkers are chill

      Cons

      Horrible leadership Engineering was pushing people out with PIPs. Job ladders are unrealistic. If you get a target on you then it's hard to get off. Leadership definitely favors some people over others and it shows. Constant push for newest project with no time for testing. They stopped 401k matching years ago and still didn't mention any intention of resuming.

      Pros

      Initial recruiter was fantastic, the core values behind the company are great they just don't uphold them at all

      Cons

      There are absolutely no pros to working here, this was the shortest employment I ever had at any company. When I first started our training was cut short but weeks and they just threw us on phones with very little training. It is a glorified call center with extreme micromanagent. Worst job I have ever had and would not recommend anyone to work here
