Insulting Pay

Business Outlook

Pros

The job offers autonomy and flexibility.

Cons

Recently cut Nurse Practitioner base pay to $38.71/hour with minimal bonus opportunity that does not bring compensation anywhere near a fair or livable wage. Employees suddenly cannot make ends meet. Compensation plan is confusing, even to the people that are responsible for explaining it to employees. Nurse Practitioners are a female dominated group and the glass ceiling seems taller than ever with this company.

We take your feedback seriously, particularly as we have done intentional work to ensure equitable and competitive compensation at Included. The Clinical compensation model is multi-layered with both base salary and bonus eligibility, which can be complex to understand. However, our data shows that the overall compensation package is in-line with the market. We recommend reaching out to your Manager or Talent Partner for additional support in navigating your particular situation.

A Sinking Ship…

Pros

Fantastic insurance plan for single folks; not so much for those with dependents. Kind, passionate coworkers.

Cons

The company has not increased staffing adequately to match new customer contracts. Care team employees are overworked, underpaid, and undervalued. High management turnover, and very little oversight for those in management positions. Some folks in leadership are wonderful, others are abusive and retaliatory. Executive team is dishonest and out of touch.
