      Great remote work, but management and culture have declined

      Pros

      Fully remote work which is nice. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Literally everything. This place has gone so downhill since I started. They change things with no input from front line staff actually doing the job. Passive aggressive management who have poor managerial skills in general. Expensive benefits. It’s so sad because it used to be great and they have just ruined it. If you try to voice any complaints or question management you’re basically told if you don’t like it leave. Which is what many of the good staff have done smh.

      Remote Pay was decent Some good co workers

      Cons

      Benefits were not great for my area Management will favor employees Hard to advance Management changes are too frequent to build a relationship with them All management changes came will new unreachable expectations Even if you out perform people if you are not a needy employee who’s more focused on sharing their personal information in slack conversation than working you absolutely are placed on the side burner.
