Pros

The staff was nice to interact with

Cons

I’ve never reviewers an employer before but IH practices really bother me. As a part time employee not being paid for my time and expected to do task that wasn’t compensated and hourly pay. I bit disorganized in their operation. Typically if you’re an hourly employee you should be paid for all task work related. No free labor, otherwise switch part time to salary. And consider a higher pay. The wages I received were not clinician pay. Compared to other Telehealth opportunities earnings are about 40-50% less per hour and you’re doing a lot more work here than urgent care.

Pros

Management leads from the front and values culture. Benefits are competitive and equity grants are second to none.

Cons

Base salaries could be a bit more competitive.

Pros

Amazing benefits, strong sense of company values/mission, friendly work culture, management (in my department) is invested in employee development.

Cons

401k match taken away due to economic downturn, annual raises did not account for inflation, more investment in cross-departmental bonding would be nice!
