Pros

Good culture overall but not long lasting

Cons

Management made firm commitments that they were not going to lay people off and 1 week later a half of my team got laid off

Pros

This is a work from home role.

Cons

Grand Rounds had a great culture with the flexibility to promote wellness for our clients and employees. Unfortunately, with the merger to become Included Health there was a significant culture shift that impeded the enjoyment and effectiveness of the clinician employee role. I would say that this quickly went from the best job and best team environment for the goal of impacting health and delivering care to all ..to a very compartmentalized not clinician friendly environment with changes and decisions that I feel will impact the ability to reach the company goals in the future.

Pros

Great mission, great frontline care advocates, good benefits, good work life balance

Cons

Leadership was not forthright, lacked a strategy to win business in the mid market - though they hired a ton of mid market reps
