Pros

Remote work, great team environment, great pay

Cons

One person tells you to do something one way and then another tells you something else. So confusing and not called for.

Pros

Great people to work with, Great benefits, working Team spirit like no other I've ever worked with. Enjoy the work and making an impact helping Patients.

Cons

Forced to use two systems to perform the same job because Senior Management can't seem to be able to support us technologically except as an afterthought . Pays sucks, lowest paid people here but were expected to break our backs daily and if we get overworked and can't keep up, we are punished. Constantly taking on responsibilities of other work groups but pay stays the same. Even though those other work groups are paid more. Extreme left wing ideologies prevail and makes anyone who is center or right politically, afraid to talk about anything that may 'trigger' half the work force but it's ok for them to slam what you believe even from senior management. Lastly, favoritism.

Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. While we are sorry that your work experience is not more positive, we do take your comments seriously. We review compensation plans throughout the year to ensure we are being competitive with the market, and are currently looking for ways to address issues where we know our technology is hindering productivity. We recognize how vital it is for team members to have the tools they need and to be compensated competitively for the work they do. Additionally, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging is foundational to our company culture. We're creating a workplace where everyone can feel safe bringing their whole selves to work, and be seen and acknowledged for elements of their personal identities, including their pronouns. This is not only how we interact with one another internally, but also how we show up for our members. Since you raise important topics that are impacting your engagement, we encourage you to speak with your Talent Partner to identify ways to resolve some of your discontent.

Pros

They put a lot of effort into positive and inclusive work culture, continuing education presentations, virtual support for colleagues. At this point flexible schedule. Company will be announcing change to compensation/work hours expectations.

Cons

Average pay, no raises in several years. Company reserves the right to make changed to expectations of providers at any time. Departure from company requires several months of notice to avoid financial penalty.
