Pros

your fellow co workers are great

Cons

The most overworked employees I ever seen these people care more about numbers then the actual hard work these employees put in day in and day out. They honestly do not even care about there members either they are just another case to get out we are pushed to get these members out by giving them first provider we find and why is that because we are over worked under appreciated and if we don’t get so many cases out a day we get hit these so called critical misses. And to many will put you on a so called performance plan should be called a stress plan. Being on a stress plan is the most horrible thing you can do to someone they say it helps it absolutely does the opposite they just criticize you so much to the point where you will need the mental health services or push you to the point where you feel like a complete failure. This is suppose to be a health company and in all reality you lose your health with this company the supervisors ask how can we help I personally think they say it because it sounds good because they will not help not one bit they will we are to busy right now or completely ignore you. This company has a drive for healthcare alright they drive you to use all the healthcare benefits you have because you will be stressed anxious and most of all hate life by then end of it. They rather let amazing workers go and then which causes to add more work to the others which will just become a domino effect upper management needs to stop listening to there leads and supervisor and hear the actual people who do the work out because those leads will say anything to save there butts it’s a very toxic work environment.

Pros

This is a remote first environment.

Cons

The engineering culture here is aggressive and high-pressure, driven by management. This environment can be harmful to one's mental health. Be prepared for unprofessional behavior, including direct obscenities from engineering managers under pressure. I strongly advise against working here. Frequent reorganizations are common, yet upper management seems unaware of the real issue—middle management's inefficiencies. Despite consistent feedback from employees, no meaningful change has occurred. This has led to continuous resignations, as many are leaving due to the persistent lack of competence among several managers.
