Pros

coworkers, remote culture, working with clients

Cons

IH is a company that speaks on diversity, but fails miserably. Look at the recruiting team, there's 1 Black woman and she's a coordinator! They had layoffs in May of 2022, then there have been consistent layoffs after that, from product teams to recruiting. Rumors say this company will be public soon so layoffs are bound to happen. First Doctor on Demand was made, then Included health was created, if you work here get out soon and fast! Good riddance

One of our core company values is "We Seek Diverse Perspectives," which is something team members and leaders bring into every day life at Included. We also consistently achieve industry-leading scores around belonging in our annual employee engagement survey. These metrics help us gauge employee sentiment and support with action-planning where improvement is needed. This focus on inclusion is core to how we operate.

Pros

Remote work was wonderful, benefits were decent. Work was manageable. They have work groups dedicated to employees' identities which definitely helps (LGBT+, disability, etc)

Cons

Some managers don't effectively communicate on some areas, which would led them to cover their tracks at some of their employees' expense, there was also overworking their employees, and during my time, they also removed their 401k contribution benefit as well. If you can handle the massive workload and fast paced, then great. Otherwise look for better opportunities elsewhere.

Thanks for this thoughtful feedback on your time as an Android Developer at Included. The work environment here is definitely fast-paced and demanding, which is something we're focused on improving. For example -- our Engineering and Product leaders just implemented org-wide, meeting-free focus days. We are consistently listening to the team's feedback and finding ways to support in effective ways.
