      Pros

      I have never worked for a company more ethical that treats their employees and members with respect, compassion, and dignity. Their mission is interwoven in everything they do. Truly amazing to see a healthcare company functioning on a foundation of care at this level.

      Cons

      There can be a learning curve with technology for those who aren't up on their computer skills. Additionally, a remote environment means little face to face time with team mates and others, which is a shame because everyone is amazing!

      Included Health attracts great people who are smart, humble, hungry, diverse, empathetic, and ambitious. I get to work with them on important products and services that positively impact the lives of people across the country. The company is genuinely motivated to improve healthcare for millions of people and the values we live by and actions we take reflect that. Because the company is growing quickly, there are opportunities for its employees to grow with it, making Included Health a great place to work for someone who wants to start a career in health tech / healthcare.

      Cons

      Our mission is ambitious and we move quickly, so the work can sometimes feel frenetic. I wouldn't say this is the constant, but for someone who is looking for a slow and stable environment, it may feel uncomfortable.
