2yThis lack of empowerment is not something we want for employees - we're disappointed to hear this was your experience at Included. We're currently investing in Manager Training to equip people leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to create supportive environments within their teams. We'll take this feedback to heart as we develop that curriculum.
