Pros

- This company has some of the smartest teammates I've ever worked with - Relatively small size team gives you a space determine your impact. I've had more latitude to influence what I work on here than at other companies. - Rewarding mission and ability to see impact on members

Cons

- Company has generally been more reactive than strategic - You will constantly be asked to do more. You have to advocate for yourself to avoid burn out. - Company is experiencing some growing pains going from a small company to a mid-size company trying to scale

Our mission of raising the standard of healthcare for everyone is a big one, and often comes with big goals and a consistent mindset of "We're Here for Outcomes." This is energizing, but can also come with an increased workload. We hope you'll discuss this with your Manager or Talent Partner in order to develop strategies and support for avoiding burnout. Thank you for all you do.

Pros

Pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling.

Cons

30 hours of individual therapy sessions per week, in addition to documentation, attending peer consult, and other tasks is too much and will lead to burnout.
