remote work and that they have great benefits

Cons

training is extensive and you may lose your job as ou have to take tests and mock calls during training and pass to move on

Thank you for this feedback. The Clinical compensation model is multi-layered with both base salary and bonus eligibility, which can be challenging to navigate. However, our data shows that the overall compensation package is in-line with the market.
