The Clinical compensation model is multi-layered with both base salary and bonus eligibility, which can be challenging to navigate.       Work remotely, generous pay raises, employer paid medical/vision/dental, free IH/DOD services for employee and immediate family, supportive management and teams, vacation bonus after 5 yrs employment.

      401K match was "paused indefinitely" in 2021.

      - Flexibility with my schedule - Autonomy in my roll - Generous PTO - Good Medical Benefits - Use of Included Health Services

      Cons

      - Inequality / unfairness with promotions. - Lack of communication between departments. - Lack of lower level positions departments for current employees to find a good fit. - They keep taking away benefits I personally need and want and adding benefits I personally do not need.
