training is extensive and you may lose your job as ou have to take tests and mock calls during training and pass to move on

You get to work remote and the interview process is super easy.

Cons

benefits suck and in the role you have people watching you nonstop. You don't get to train, they just throw you under the bus right away. I felt suffocated.
