Benefits are okay comparing to others

Cons

as any start up companies there is a lot of turnovers, the Team mates are toxic and management don't give a damn about anything you do, working a lot and even you need to work on holidays, Toxic environment, for anyone applying for new start up companies , your work cycle will not be long . think twice before applying to this company

Pros

- great people, great mission - transparency from leadership - freedom to share new ideas and/or disagree - great pay & benefits, time off - positive and connected remote culture

Cons

Startup life is not for everyone. I don't see this as a con personally, but I imagine someone that isn't interested in a fast-paced, flexible environment might struggle.

Pros

The Client Services team is a group of smart, passionate professionals who I genuinely enjoy working with every day. Our team is growing and team leadership is listening and acting on feedback from employees about our growing pains. Company leadership seems to genuinely care about the well being and professional growth opportunities for employees.

Cons

The product has its fair share of long standing issues that clients have been complaining about. Working hours extend past the traditional 9-5.
