I left my previous job because it was purely profit-motivated, so working at a company as mission-motivated as Indigov is exactly what I was looking for. Everyday I feel like I am putting my skills to work for an important purpose—improving our Democracy. The team at Indigov is exceptionally collaborative and not ego-driven. No one is too good or important to help their colleague solve a problem. My colleagues are also some of the most talented people I've had the pleasure of working with. The bar to work here is very high and I see the benefits of that daily. Despite having a largely remote team, the culture at Indigov feels welcoming. We do our best to get together as a company almost everyday. I am fully remote from Atlanta, but I don't feel isolated as I have in previous remote working situations I've been in. I love it here, if it's not obvious already.
