Pros

This company takes hiring very seriously and you'll be surrounded by some very talented people. We have a motto internally "high competence, low ego" and you'll see this on display every day. There are also lots of opportunities for growth as the company grows.

Cons

Not a con, but this is a startup: everyone punches above their weight and the work can be very demanding.

Pros

I've worked at companies that have had many very smart people, and I've worked at companies that have had many very kind people. Indigov is the first company I've worked at that has had many smart and kind people. The team's a joy to work with. I was once working remotely from a friends house and genuinely freaked them out by how much I was laughing at a company meeting.

Cons

We've been fully remote and there are definitely pros and cons that come with managing that. Although the teams starting to provide weworks in some major cities for those who want to see people face to face.
