Pros

- plenty of opportunity to contribute and take on substantial challenging projects - leadership and growth opportunities - smart, fun, dedicated team to work with - awesome mission - exciting stage

Cons

This is a fast paced work environment where each individual wears multiple hats. Not the right fit for everyone. With that in mind there is unlimited PTO and the team encourages everyone to take a minimum. Good fit for those who want to tackle interesting problems and grow, and who are excited by the mission and impact.

Not a con, but we hold ourselves to a high standard of excellence, which can be demanding.

This is just a fantastic company to work for. WFH, great benefits, salary, culture, coworkers, and a mission driven company that actually shows that. If you have an opportunity to work here, take it.
