Pros

Above all else, flexibility and impact. I work 100% remote which has been a huge benefit given the past year of events. Everyone is open to new ideas and to having honest conversations about how to approach new and existing problems. Every member of the team is insanely talented and this has been nothing but a positive experience in my career with huge growth potential.

Cons

We're a bit restricted due to not having enough people on the team so reviews and processes can take a bit longer than expected. This should be resolved with time though.

Pros

Indigov is fantastic. It's a high growth company creating software for elected officials. The culture is warm, welcoming, collaborative. The team is extremely talented and upbeat even when the work is challenging.

Cons

Haven't experienced a significant downside.

Pros

- Great team that really enjoys what they are doing and doing them well - Flexible PTO - Meaningful work - improving democracy everyday - Many people were hired during the pandemic and are working remotely, but everyone's together and don't feel lonely.

Cons

Can not think of one.
