      Pros

      No pros. The culture is same like any other service based company.

      Cons

      This company can throw you out anytime if you are not in project. As they don't have the potential to get new projects, it is always you who is going to pay for it.

      Pros

      None, nothing, nada bueno, not a thing. MSPs like these are dime a dozen.

      Cons

      1. Pay is barely market rate 2. Health and other benefits are pricey and they don't disclose how much they contribute to the cost. I suspect its less than 10% 3. No transparency about client changes until they are ready to lay you off 4. Not willing to work with you to change clients even though they are a large MSP with multiple roles/clients available 5. Poor to no feedback during outgoing process and horrible excuses for layoff 6. You have to take a stand on your work/life balance otherwise they steamroll right over it 7. Yearly reviews and salary increases are minimal at BEST

      Worst company I have worked at.

      Cons

      1. Leadership is unethical 2. Horrible communication 3. Do not conduct annual performance reviews. 4. Do not provide career development or any level of coaching. 5. Layoffs happen frequently with only 2 week’s notice.
