Pros

Convenient to work from home

Cons

The company is very strict regarding breaks. For instance, if you return from a restroom break 30 seconds after the five minute mark(it is timed), you will receive a warning. Subsequently, two warnings will lead to a strike. Also, if you decide to work here, please note you'll take multiple calls for multiple different companies and are expected to “up-sale” at all times. This can become difficult at time due to customers who are not very patient. Also, if you come across any questions that you cannot answer, the managers are not the best at helping you find the solution. The hourly rate is not worth the mental strain.
