Cons

An overworked, underpaid, toxic culture driven by jealousy and fueled by competition to put each other down. The executive team is not aligned and it is extremely apparent to employees on the ground, they greet you with a smile but always have a hidden agenda. They say they care about you, but only see you as just another resource.

Like anything that first few months was great and exciting. InfoTrack are the number one SaaS in legal and Conveyancing.

Cons

Then the reality kicks in. Zero training/investment to personal development. Difficult talking with Exec, they are ignorant and only have their eyes on the prize, that’s to abolish their competitors. Most employees of InfoTrack are under the pump 24/7 and this drives their emotions high. There have been many arguments and talking behind backs. I feel the people are great, but the job drives them to be emotionally unstable. Hence arguments and back stabbing.
