Very unprofessional environment, it was clear that management had their in crowd, and if you weren’t one of their select few, too bad.
When there was staff conflict, management did not seem equiped to handle it, or they chose to ignore the problem.
Salary was terrible.
Often sent around forms which changed their HR policy and they did not explain them, meaning lay people were agreeing to unfair changes in their employment contracts.
Very much like being in highschool again, the young culture leads to short lived work place romances which break down instantly and cause tension and an uncomfortable environment for those in the work place, involved or not. On the face of it, Infotrack looks like a friendly happy company with multiple staff benefits. In the time I was there, the staff turn over was very high and there were many employees who complained about how terribly they were treated.
They offered career progression throughout the firm, but unless you wanted to be stuck in a call centre chasing councils / being screamed at by disgruntled lawyers for the rest of your life, there wasn’t much room to move. Ultimately, all Infotrack could offer was a path to potentially becoming a sales agent, there’s no room for career progression.
