I worked a short time in the SettleIT sales team under a manager that was particularly aggressive and made a lot of assumptions about people, not just myself.
There seems to be a clear requirement from this manager that you submit and shut up. Quite an unusual personality that commands the vocal space with often innaproriate humour and putting words into your mouth. I was sold the job that I would be working under a manager that was a facilitator, it became immediately apparent they are not this. Whilst there are nice people within the business there is a whole lot of nepotism and general gossip politics. I would label the SettleIT sales team as a dangerous environment. Please steer clear and think beyond the sales pitch. I wish I trusted my gut after initial interview as I was constantly being over talked and again having words put in my mouth
