1. Most toxic environment. Never suffered with more anxiety than I did when I worked here 2. No trust. You tell a manager something and straight away it gets told to someone else, because they’re all cliquey 3. My manager decided to trust everyone else before me.. confided in her about things and it gets laughed about behind closed doors with the other “management” 4. No career progression..wasted years there 5. Favouritism within team - if I were asking a question to UNDERSTAND something it is a case of “disrupting the team and pushing back at my manager” but if a fellow team member/their friend/another manager asked the same questions, it would be fine 6. Managers don’t care to listen to their team members even if their team members have better ideas, because they just want it their way 7. Working from home/in office balance - awful! If you’re feeling under the weather, but well enough to work, their stance is “if you can work from home you can work in office.” No this is not true. they would quite literally prefer having an employee not work at all rather than work from home if it is supposed to be their day in office. Stupid!! 8. NO TRUST! The micro management is unbelievable 9. If I were to ask a question or dispute something, rather than sit there quietly and take whatever was being said, I would then be called into a Zoom meeting to talk about it. Felt like a child. 10. Management are SO unapproachable and don’t have a single ounce of respect for anyone other than their buddies 11. I handed in my notice to a manager, and within 5 mins another manager and her team knew I was leaving & my reasoning… before I could even say anything! Where did I find that out? At my leaving drinks after someone had a few too many drinks 12. You can do 1000 things amazingly and the only time you’ll be noticed is when you make 1 mistake 13. 1 rule for one and 1 rule for another
