The pay doesn't align with the job duties, responsibilities, and expectations. A lot of people here are working a second and third job to survive. HR is rude and disconnected from whats really going on, and how to make things better. There is no accountability or integrity from top to bottom here. The merger created a toxic culture. A lot of people have moved on. Being owned by a private equity firm should tell you all you need to know. If fast food places are paying the same or more than this company, that's a problem.

This company used to be decent: offering low wages for flexible stay at home job. The company made an acquisition and purchased a competitor and has gone down hill ever since.
