Pros

Nothing good for the benefit of the communities they serve.

Cons

Management is inefficiently using public funds to their benefits, they raise their own salaries and perks and hire their friends and relatives it wouldnt be wrong to say that they are thieves.

Pros

Benefits are superb. Pay is good

Cons

My child has Autism and I needed to pick him up from school. I requested 7-4pm shift and informed management weeks ahead. Yet, IEHP gave me 9-6pm shift. IEHP forced me to choose between working for IEHP or picking up my Autistic son from school !!! Another employee gave two week noticed ..IEHP SHUT HER WFH ISSUED COMPUTER OFF THAT DAY !!!!! AFTER TRAINING IEHP SHOWS THEIR TRUE COLORS !!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!#FACTS #KeepingItReal

Pros

Close to home and lots of restaurants around

Cons

Management sucks! Favoritism all around and they keep individuals who kiss up. When you're a quiet person, always punctual, resourceful and to yourself, you get the other cheek. Not to mention lack of managers support and team is not as diverse as it should be.
