Pros

there is nothing positive about working at iehp, other than getting a paycheck which is low but it still pays the bills so...

Cons

unfair supervisors that get rid of workers because they are the wrong race but yet they go and hire people of their own race, low pay, hard work, no benefits, & bad work environment

Pros

Benefits were okay. Good pay & raises.

Cons

Very misleading Managers that lie & do not follow protocol. It is a very much about who you are friends with. For example my Manager once she resided she did not like someone they were done. The State really needs to look into their unfair labor practices. Do not work there. All I can say is you have been warned.
