There is a lack of training for your job. The management is unprofessional. The turn over rate is ridiculous and they think it's either they aren't hiring the right people or that you can't handle the environment. NEWS FLASH it's the way you treat and talk to people. You are belittled in front of your peers, talked down upon, nothing positive is spoken to you, and you better conform to there ways of being rude and disrespectful just to get your point across. There is no leadership to build you up with positivity, encouragement, and be a part of a team. They want you to throw everyone under the bus to get down to who, what, where, and when things happen. I understand you want to find the source of the problem and fix it but they do it in a very wrong way and leave you feeling like you don't deserve this job. Please read these reviews very carefully. We are trying to prevent you from making a big mistake by working here.

This place is by far the worse place I have ever worked. I'm not typically one to write a review or speak badly of a place, but the way this place has made me felt while I was there is totally uncalled for and unprofessional. The interview process was quick and easy, and the RRSI ladies were great, but after being hired it was all down hill. I was not placed in the position I was hired for, instead I was placed in a position not even remotely in my field of study. On top of that the office environment was harsh, cold, stressful, unprofessional, and lacking any positive attitude. There are some great people you will meet at Innovative who allow you to survive your day, but it doesn't make up for all the bad. There are horrible health benefits, the pay is awful especially if you are hourly because in order to make a living you have to work long hours and forget a decent paycheck if you take time off or a holiday comes up. There is only negative reinforcement, never any positive, and if you hear positive things its never to your face and only through the grape vine. The turnover rate is outrageous and its unbelievable how many people come in and out of there. You may think "oh well, every place has their downfalls" but trust me, it will only take a week or two to realize how bad this place is and how no matter how much you speak up no one can do anything about it. Take my advise and run the other way.
