The customers and fellow techs/field employees

Cons

They steal money from your checks, use your earnings as leverage for compliance to training, don’t pay you for being stuck in traffic, lie to techs and customers. They will also hold your last paycheck until they are ready to release it. They literally have no Human Resources department and clearly don’t know labor laws regarding pay. Oh and they pay half the hourly rate their competition does. Highly unsafe company to work for as well.

Great pay really good 401k match and all pretty good employees.

Cons

The training process wasn’t very clear not only for me but also the people I was working with and where I was supposed to be and supposed to be learning. End up being a situation where you just get stuck with a job assignment that doesn’t fit your job description.

You will be trained accordingly and you will be molded into the professional you want to become. They love it when you ask questions as this shows them that you are interested in the work to be done. The job is not easy, but with the right attitude and giving your 200% every single day you will be glad that you form part of the Innovative Team!
