      Pros

      Great place to work, working with teams, lost of opportunities for responsibilities and advisement. You get what you put into it. My experience is second to none. Over 14 years now and hope to never leave. Benefits and pay best I have ever had in my 30 year career. 401K is amazing at 15% of pay $1 for $1 and I am on my way to being a millionaire!

      Pros

      There are occasionally people there that are willing to help you learn and are genuinely putting in a good effort to improve the company. You will become proficient in AutoCAD quickly as it is pretty much all that you'll be doing in this role.

      Cons

      The work environment is stressful and crass, there is not a well structured training process, there are extremely frustrating and inefficient aspects of their design process, and the pay does not compensate for the amount of hours you are expected to put in (50+ starting out) combined with such a stressful setting. The company is extremely cheap to say the least and their recruiting process is quite misleading in my opinion. The turnover rate is absurd and it should definitely make you think twice about working there. This was the worst job I have had and would not recommend working there. Their saving grace would be the 15% 401k match but it's vested and most don't even make it the full year for you to be able to enroll.

      No Job Security at all

      Pros

      Good training procedures since they go through so many employees, trained with new people of similar skills, cool coworkers.

      Cons

      Poor management, very strict hours, no job security, not great location, poor work life balance, bad pay, unrelated work to job description for nearly the first year.
