Pros
There are a lot of good people trying to do the right thing. The company does a lot of good stuff and is always doing the next big thing in healthcare. There are some good leaders who have been brought in who clearly are trying to make a difference.
Cons
HR has been going through a change since last summer. There is no transparency and things are done behind closed doors. The CHRO says one thing but clearly does not want to make progress. He keeps his "in team" close to him and actively creates problems across groups by telling people different things and makes multiple people work on the same thing without them knowing. He talks a big game but is just that. There is no action. Employees in other organizations are allowed to get raises and managers are hiring but he is not allowing HR to do the same. This is a problem because he keeps delaying change and our managers can't do anything.
