- Working remotely - Team Members are great, always willing to help - New Structure is hopeful for change and improvements. - New CRM updates and enhancements are great for our clients

Cons

- Some upper management lack the knowledge of the day to day their employees do. - Pay is way below the average, with inflation and economy changes and workload. It is a struggle when the pay does not match even the local average and increases are not guaranteed.

- A quickly expanding company with new opportunities being created often to address the workload - New positions are created by both the Executive team AND employee initiatives - Internal promotion/movement is readily available - Utah Branch is welcoming, proactive in resolutions, and highly supportive

Cons

- Some policies are archaic and do not address the real concerns of employees - Salary is below the market average for many positions - Depending on the department, quantity is valued over quality and creates an tough environment to thrive in.
