Innovative Company, Leadership, Support, Great Pay
Pros
Innovative - Always looking for potential new tools to make our jobs easier. Always looking for new acquisitions to make our product the best on market. Great Leadership - Leadership is down to earth. They don't micromanage. They set clear expectations. They are more than willing to help us get past objections, jump on calls for assists, brainstorming talk tracks and new sequences. Support - I feel like between my fellow teammates and direct leadership, I'm always supported. That camaraderie has trickled down from the top. Great pay - Starting pay is whatever, I do believe that the comp plans are attainable, and when they hit, they pay very well.
Cons
CRM Hygiene - Our system needs a full cleanout. I don't know what this looks like exactly but in my mind it's an AI tool combining duplicates, filtering out phony profiles, and just a general reorganization of Salesforce. It would make our team more efficient, and streamline our biggest headache. That's all I've got.
