Pros

getting paid once a week. THATS IT

Cons

where do I begin. I worked here for less than a month, I actually quit my second week to avoid driving my car into a wall. First off, they 'give you' a parking pass only to find out 4-5 weeks into employment that you are responsible for paying $100.00 a month to park there. The market the job as 8-5 HOWEVER you'll be working from 7AM. if you don't show up at 7, then you're being sent into meetings to 'coach you' on how to be successful. Don't be surprised if you hear someone say to 'talk like them'. The company itself is SO discriminatory, they don't hire older people, they won't like you if your teeth aren't perfect, or if you learn toward religion too much. They even go as far as to tell you what sex to hire for a position. They scam the candidates by offering them pennies for positions that could easily pay 100k plus, and try to offer 13/hr. They work you like a dog and get upset if you don't want to spend every moment of your free time with your coworkers. If you aren't brining in 'new leads' they essentially just ignore you until you quit or they let you go. They market the job as a sales job but you are LITERALLY COLD CALLING EVERY DAY ALL DAY NONSTOP LIKE A TELEMARKETER and if you don't get a certain number of people to answer the phone (how is this controllable?) then they say you can't leave the office on Friday until you've hit a number that they made up. They say you'll be making a minimum salary, however when you start all of a sudden you're 'hourly'. Theres a bunch of stuff they say in the interview and once you're in the door.. you're basically stuck and feeling trapped. The account managers are never around because they're pretending to be on meetings. When they are there, they play games all day long but get upset if the recruiters take a break. They tell you things to reel you in, when its a completely different story when you start working. they use racial slurs, and overall it is a very hostile work environment.

Pros

As a first job right out of college it is a great place to learn what real hard work is. You learn how to multitask and truly be a young professional.

Cons

The job sells itself as an Account Manager role and says you will only have to learn the basics of recruiting. That is a lie. They make the position almost unattainable and play favorites by giving it to people that didn't seem to do much to earn it and then make others have to hit certain numbers for a longer period of time before promoting them. The whole company is a popularity contest. High turnover. Whoever is working there when you start will likely be gone in the next 5 months.

Pros

Fun company culture and different events to go to. People like to party, and if you're looking for a college vibe this company is for you.

Cons

The office can be very cliquey - think high school. Get on an account managers bad side and you will not stand a chance at making it into management. Also, if you don't drink this is not a good job for you.
