      Pros

      The salary is on-par with what you can get in the industry. Getting hired is pretty simple if you have the right credentials because they're so desperate.

      Cons

      Where to begin... Their business process involves using highly talented, certified individuals to perform clerical tasks as more than half of their job. All of the talented executive management have resigned from the company in 2009 leaving a rotting corpse of a business. The company is losing money so management has taken every cost cutting step imaginable. You do not want to work in sales at this company unless you like having completely unattainable sales targets.

      Training is available (when your utilization is at a decent level), get to work with current technologies and organizations of various sizes.

      Cons

      Services are not a primary focus, the business is about selling SKU's and not tailored solutions to specific client problems.
