Thank you for the 5 star review. The pay rates are very competitive and comparable to what other companies offer so thank you for mentioning this. The vacation policy is also robust where teammates are given 3 weeks of vacation a well as floating holidays and Hunger, Heart, and Harmony days. Thanks for the review.

Pros

The culture built between employees is strong and remote work is great.

Cons

The company doesn't care. Not about it's clients, not about it's employees. The only thing that seems to matter is the C-suite getting richer and making tons of bonuses and that they are top heavy with VP yes-men, and everyone with power who pushes back has either left or been made redundant. Every job that can possibly be off-shored has been or will be, to underpaid workers in Manila where even the good people there hate their own co-workers for how bad they are at their jobs. Teams and workflow are fractured and no one can see what anyone else is doing - half the time we have no one directly to ask because everyone is hidden behind FreshDesk aliases. Processes that we used to own have been taken away and given to the Manila teams who make mistakes daily, but we're left to pick up the pieces and take the full blame. Customers are frustrated, angry and confused and sales and sales ops have to take full accountability because no one else does. Insight used to be about building relationships - Hunger, Heart and Harmony - but now it's about dollar signs. Just don't expect to see it on your pay - unless you're new and still growing you can actually expect to make less year over year. Long term employees are making less all the time because of constant changes to pay structures. Merit increases don't even cover the cost of a coffee per week, forget COL increases. No room to grow unless you're in Manila or HQ. So much of what Insight does to make themselves top whatever is all for industry show. It's all about quiet firing right now; getting long time dedicated (read expensive) employees to leave.
